The Opulent Man is a brand operated by Opulent Pinnacle Inc. ("The Opulent Man," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in New York, United States. We provide educational content and online courses on personal development for men, available through opulentman.net (the "Site").

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details, such as your name and email address, when you sign up for our free training, newsletter, or email list.
• Account and purchase details, such as your name, email address, and billing information, when you purchase a membership.
• Messages you send us, for example when you email support.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your name, email, billing country, and the status of your payments.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and the services we use may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

3. How we use your information

• To deliver what you signed up for, such as the free Blueprint training, newsletter issues, and member access.
• To process payments, manage your membership, and send receipts and account notices.
• To send you emails about The Opulent Man, including new lessons, courses, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our programs.
• To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Email communications

Our email list is managed through GetResponse, and our free newsletter is published through Substack. When you subscribe, your name and email address are stored by these providers so we can send you messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by emailing support@opulentman.net.

We may still send you essential, non-marketing messages about your membership, such as receipts and billing notices, while you remain a member.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host (Hostinger), email provider (GetResponse), newsletter platform (Substack), course platform (systeme.io), and payment processor (Stripe). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Embedded content providers, such as YouTube, when you play a video on the Site.
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or others.
• A successor business, if The Opulent Man or Opulent Pinnacle Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies and embedded content

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Site and the services we use may use cookies to keep the Site working, remember preferences (for example, where you left off in an audio training), measure traffic, and improve performance.

Our Blueprint video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which limits cookies until you press play. Once you play it, YouTube and Google may collect information under their own policies. Fonts on the Site are served by Google Fonts.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

7. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@opulentman.net. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data. Contact us to exercise them.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your membership and records, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers for payments and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Age requirement

The Site and our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email or on the Site.
