1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Opulent Pinnacle Inc., doing business as The Opulent Man ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of opulentman.net (the "Site"), our free trainings and newsletter, and the Opulent Man membership (the "Membership"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase the Membership.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase the Membership. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. The membership

The Membership gives you access to The Opulent Man System: a library of online courses, narrated lessons, study sheets, and related materials covering the four Opulent Man pillars. New courses are added over time and are included while your Membership is active.

We may add, update, reorganize, or retire content to keep the program current. Upcoming course titles shown on the Site are planned and may change.

Your Membership is for your personal use only. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and may not share your account with anyone else.

4. Pricing and billing

• The Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Your payment method is charged $47.00 when you join and then automatically $47.00 every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Founding Member pricing is $47 per month and is available for a limited time. The price for new members may increase in the future.
• If you join at the Founding Member price, your rate stays at $47 per month for as long as your Membership remains active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price in effect at that time applies.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and you will receive an email receipt for each payment. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until payment is made.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your Membership at any time. To cancel, use the subscription management link in your Stripe receipt emails if available, or email support@opulentman.net from the email address you joined with. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then ends.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

• To request a refund, email support@opulentman.net from the email address you joined with, within 30 days of your first payment.
• The guarantee applies to your first monthly payment only. Later monthly payments are not refundable, including partial months.
• When a refund is issued, your Membership is cancelled and your access ends.
• The guarantee is available once per person. We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated sign-ups and refunds, or downloading and sharing course materials.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to process them.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the Membership, including courses, lessons, audio, video, scripts, study sheets, text, graphics, and the Opulent Man name and logo, is owned by Opulent Pinnacle Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial learning while your Membership is active. You may not copy, record, share, resell, publish, or distribute any content, or use it to create competing products, without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

The Opulent Man is built on honesty, respect, and consent. You agree not to use the Site, the Membership, or anything you learn from it to pressure, deceive, harass, threaten, or manipulate anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or share your login.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, without a refund except where required by law.

9. Educational purpose and no guarantee of results

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your effort, background, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular result in dating, relationships, appearance, fitness, income, or any other area. Any examples or scenarios are illustrative only.

Health and fitness: consult your physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or grooming program, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. You participate at your own risk.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as YouTube, Substack, GetResponse, systeme.io, and Stripe. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Membership are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opulent Pinnacle Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the Membership. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the Membership will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opulent Pinnacle Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or the Membership.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or the Membership will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may also notify members by email. Continuing to use the Site or keeping your Membership after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
